Description	Coarse location updates for avatars on the current region.

Data	Description
`type`	The type of the notification.
`region`	The name of the region.
`new`	A CSV list of agent name by agent UUID by position.
`old`	A CSV list of agent name by agent UUID.

Note

The coarse notification will fire whenever a new avatar appears in a region or leaves a region.
Contrasted to the terse notification, the coarse location will give approximate locations of avatar positions with the z axis vector component being a nonce.
You can also poll for avatar positions via the getmapavatarpositions command.
