For MSA60/70 with two I/O modules, dual domain is supported via two SAS cables attached to a compatible HP SmartArray such as the P800.
With a single MSA RAID array that contains two I/O modules, the proper wiring is to connect both SAS cables from the P800 SmartArray card to both I/O modules on the "In" ports of the MSA (and nothing connected to the "Out" ports of the MSA).
