Data	Description
`type`	The type of the notification.
`message`	The region message.
`agent`	The UUID of the person sending the region message.
`firstname`	The first name of the avatar sending the message.
`lastname`	The last name of the avatar sending the message.
`region`	The region name from where the message originated.
