Description	Periodic updates on the current action that Corrade is performing.

The notification periodically polls the internal animations efficiently and delivers a notification whenever the animations changed. Note that, as per Linden Lab recommendations, this notification is appropriate to monitor Corrade's current action such as walking, sitting, etc. because it queries the list of internal animations that get triggered regardless of any client-side override.
