The Tornado helicopter is the only helicopter available in the game that additionally has arms equipped. The helicopter can be obtained from the Marshall prison that is located on the west-most side of the map:

On the north side of the prison, there is a truck parked and right next to the truck a Tornado helicopter spawns from time to time. As with most games, the map spawns dynamically and relative to the position of the player, such that if the helicopter is not there, then it is sufficient to fly away and then come back to make the prison tile of the map reload and hopefully the helicopter will spawn.

Looking at the map from the west-most side, here is the location where the Tornado helicopter will spawn:

The helicopter can be useful in completing quests that involve defeating tough enemies that need extra firepower and cannot be just ran down with a car.

Heavyweight is a brand of monster trucks that spawn quite frequently in Saints Row 2022. The monster truck will completely pancake a car just by touching it with little to no damage to the monster truck itself. The only vehicles that the monster truck cannot destroy are obviously flying vehicles or armored cars such as APCs or tanks. Either way, compared to an APC, an APC does not manage to pancake or drive over cars like the monster truck and completely destroy them with just a bump. Furthermore, it seems that just riding in the monster truck will almost make the player impervious to any kind of gun damage, including damage received from flying vehicle gatling guns. It also seems that guns in Saints Row 2022 deal very little damage, including the most damage dealing gun, the RPG - and even so, the RPG is only able to hold up to 5 rounds of ammo. The Heavyweight is thusly a good tool to complete right about any quest that involves defeating large amounts of enemies with little risk to the player that has to just repeatedly drive enemies over.

Even though there is no early promise of being able to store vehicles and even less of a promise to be able to store flying vehicles, the following recipe should unlock vehicle and flying vehicle storage:

• Disregard most of the story line missions and go directly for Jimrob's Garage and start the side-quests with Jimrob. Completing all the sidequests with Jimrob, that just involve stealing cars and bringing them back to his garage, will unlock the vehicle customization and storage option.
• Advance the main story-line just a little to unlock the church.
• After unlocking the church, go directly for the side-quests involving Neena. There will be a single quest involving Neena and it is about her car. The follow-up quest with Neena is named "The Forge" and completing the quest will lead to the helipad being unlocked at the church with the ability to store flying vehicles.

Most of these steps can be completed by not playing any of the game. With flying vehicle storage unlocked, a great idea is to go look for a Tornado helicopter that can be found at the Marshall prison. After that and given that the Tornado helicopter can shoot both missiles and has an operable machine gun, the rest of the missions should become really easy (unless they contain scripted parts where player vehicles cannot be used).

Here is the rundown of the KAKTS radio tower venture quest:

• The radio towers must be activated by using the wingsuit bounce feature (fly close to the tower and when the target appears, click left mouse button). There is no other way to activate the radio towers.
• Using a helicopter and completing the mission "The Forge" in order to be able to store helicopters can allow the player to just fly up in the sky, exit the helicopter by pressing E and then using the wingsuit to fly to the radio tower without having to jump up in the air using the weather station towers on the map.
• The radio tower icons are deceptive: the icon is placed much lower than the sweet spot for bumping the tower such that the player should adjust the flight to reach the top of the radio tower somewhat higher than the indicator icon. Also, it is possible to bump the radio tower if the player is above the objective but not if the player is underneath the indicator icon.

The "Planet Saints" venture quest involves hijacking trucks off the road in Saints Row 2022. An easy way to complete the quest is to use the Tornado helicopter with an equipped magnet to just lift the trucks off the road thereby avoiding any generated notoriety and not being followed by anyone.

The trucks are then flown to the venture location, placed on the ground, and driven a short distance to complete the quest. The process is repeated until all 12 trucks are secured.

The following archives contain saved games for Saints Row 2022. To use these files, make a backup of your old files in your save games folder and then overwrite everything with the contents of the archive that you pick:

• Initial Save (No/Low Story Completion), this save is created for players that would still like to play the game themselves, but with some extra money and some of the tedium removed from the game (~3 main missions, and ~4 side missions, the story is really at the start),
  • The story so far is that you are recruited as a soldier for a private contractor (Marshall) and due to some misunderstandings and some corruption you end up getting fired. Marshall becomes your sworn enemy, you start defeating several gangs, you move to a cathedral where you establish your home base and decide to set up your own criminal empire.
    • no path or story-influencing decision has been made and no hacks, cracks, cheats or otherwise have been used,
    • max character level reached (20),
    • all discoveries picked up (including hidden ones not showing on map),
    • all ventures completed,
    • all clothes bought (except from the "Everything is a Million Dollars"-store, that only unlocks after the player completes the game),
    • all weapons bought,
    • all side hustles completed (at least once, for repeatable types),
    • all threats eliminated (except two remaining areas where a venture cannot be placed until up to the last missions),
    • all skills unlocked,
    • all collectibles picked up (including secret ones), except those that would require further progression of the game and beyond the scope of this save,
    • all Wanted contracts completed,
    • main highlights in car garage:
      • Kenshin, fastest vehicle in the game (motocycle),
      • Heavyweight, monster truck, crushes everything, almost invincible,
      • Maximillian, tank, slow but crushes everything, also invincible but slow,
      • Skorpio, go-kart, just for fun,
    • helipad collected vehicles (the jet fighter is obtained only by completing the game, so it is not included):
      • Thompson, standard default reward (helicopter),
      • Tornado, helicopter with offensive capabilities (missiles and gun), practically defeats anything in the game,
    • Perks unlocked up to Elite,
    • criminal empire built up to level 4 (max level before end game),
      • periodic max cash rewards from the in-game Cash app ( bucks per hour as a free reward)
