For FuhQuake, servers can be added by first creating a text file named servers.txt by following the format:
ENDPOINT NAME
where:
ENDPOINT is the address to connect to including the port, for example 192.168.1.1:27500,NAME is a descriptive name that should show up in the favorites menu
and then placing the server.txt next to the FuhQuake executable at the top-level.
It seems like the documentation does not mention this and adding ports to different platforms such as for MorphOS is even more elusive. The actual procedure to add to the favorite server list was extracted by using the latest FuhQuake client, going to the multiplayer menu, then to favorites and then by guessing pressing the Ins in order to add a server. A file was created servers.txt following the above format in the top level directory which, apparently, even works for the FuhQuake port for MorphOS.
You can't find this even with AI because the documentation does not mention it given that it is assumed trivial knowledge due to other clients.
