Straight from Newton's "an object cannot occupy the same place in space at the same time as another object", comes th expandable foam exploit that can be used to squeeze through tight spaces and thereby access areas of the game that are not meant to be accessed.
When the game said "you can play your way", it is certain it did not mean this! In the video the player tries to illustrate a typical gaming stereotype where a hidden passage can be followed only if the player invested skill points in one of the skill trees. In this case, the player would need "Leverage II" to move the big metal-looking box and then go through the hatch. However, by squatting with their backs to the hole and then using the GLOO cannon, the player can coerce the physics engine to move them into the next area, based on the principle of mechanics that two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time. One funny consequence in this case is that the game considers the player to be more elastic than the GLOO ammo, which looks very similar to expandable foam.
Interestingly this is related to the Hobo - Tough Life wall exploit where the player can escape the scene by squeezing through the wall using a fence, just that it is more convenient because in Prey the GLOO cannon is readily available as a default tool.
