The auto-sweep feature can be enabled by physically calling-in to customer support over the phone and requesting that feature to be enabled on your account. The effect of this feature is that any money paid in, at the end of the business week (either Friday or Monday), will get automatically withdrawn into your account. Additionally, PayPal's fraud seeking system does include the automated withdrawals but it can pick-up suspicious deposits.
