One good strategy to use when fixing quirks is to select the first two screens at random and figure out the last two because the last two provide the effects. Once you know what effects are possible, you can climb inside the car and start changing things till you notice the effects that you discovered. It also helps to build both of the hint addons in order to speedily fix quirks. Unfortunately, quirks can be quite annoying because they can make your car lose components or drain fuel, such that the quirks are not just minor annoyances but can be fairly deadly.
Even thought other combinations are possible, if not all of them, here is a list of quirk fixes for Pacific Drive:

Wipers suddenly start. | Steering Wheel → Goes Left | Wipers → Wobbles |
Wipers move too fast. | Horn → Is Honked | Wipers → Moves Fast |
Fuel drains unusually fast. | Steering Wheel → Swerves Hard | Fuel → Drains |
Dome light flickering. | Fuel → Is Full | Dome Light → Toggles |

One way to organize the car repair station that would allow maintaining sets of doors and panels requires the second repair station upgrade and then the doors and panels can be placed in the slots as illustrated.
The only remaining parts that would have to be changed would then be the tires. Otherwise, this setup should allow you to never have to create a part provided they are not destroyed during a drive.
The screenshot also shows a front bumper and two headlights on the left - those are optional, and two bumpers can be fit or two headlights in varied combinations.
Otherwise, the only problem is that the parts gradually decay and doors and panels become "fragile" such that sometimes recycling them completely might be the only option.
The following is save file for a save taken during the last mission in Pacific Drive; the last mission is scripted such that success is mostly guaranteed. After completing the last mission, the player is allowed to continue in the game as a sandbox game such that the save provided can be used by people that just feel like messing around in Pacific Drive unhindered by the story or missions.
Pacific Drive standalone places save games at C:\Users\[USER]\Appdata\Local\PenDriverPro\Saved\SaveGames\
such that the odsave1.sav
within the archive has to be placed in that folder. If Steam is used instead, the save game location might change to a different location.
