A collection of phrases that might be original to Wizardy and Steamworks.

• "technoturfing" by "technomages" / "technoclerics", etc., derived from "astroturfing" (new age babble), the act of worshiping or elevating technology to the rank of deity and used as a means of justification for everything else, ie: "technology will save us all", "technology connects the world", etc., see Alan Sokal,
• "genetic guilt", paraphrasing "genetic memory", the act of leveraging human self-hatred in order to justify further actions ie: "we (humans) damage the planet so much such that […]", "humans are violent creatures such that […]",
• "transfinancial" (not original), being a rich individual stuck in a poor individual's body,
• "cryptomancer", a person addicted to cryptography attempting to involve or apply cryptography to everything, softer variant of "cryptojunkie" (unoriginal), in severe forms also elevating cryptography to the rank of deity and attempting to solve all world problems just by somehow implementing cryptographic principles,
• "crapcoin", "shitcoin", paraphrasing "bitcoin", or "creepcoin" - that obnoxious person that incessantly wants to talk about cryptocurrencies,
• "alt-shite", as paraphrasing "alt-right", you know, that alternative stuff,
• "auto-solar transfixation", paraphrasing "auto-erotic asphyxiation" people obsessed with solar panels and themselves,
• "does the pope shit in the woods?" (not original, citing Big Lebowski), juxtaposition of the sayings "is the pope catholic?" and "does the bear shit in the woods?",
• "there is no [insert language] word for privacy" - for languages lacking an abstract word for the concept of privacy (original),
  • conversely, "who cares if it takes multiple words to express privacy in those languages when it takes only one single word to express 'yo momma'" (even more original)

• warezophile, describing people that feel sexual gratification while pirating software; ie: "I won't fuck anything that doesn't have a pegleg and doesn't wear an eyepatch",
• touristic war, similar to "sex tourism" (the act of having sex under the guise of tourism), "touristic war" means doing tourism under the guise of war,
• counter-conspiracy theory, the belief that everything that is broadcasted by the mainstream media is balanced, uncensored and truthful; by extension, that there is one and only one truth,
• "too broke to care", as a response to "too big to fail",
• "you can be an angel in hell but you cannot be a demon in heaven" (there exist fallen angels, but demons cannot be (even) redeemed lest sanctified), original,
• "Islam for the poor, secularism for the rich", a transliteration of "kensianism for the rich, monetarism for the poor",
• "the spyshoe effect", the lengthier the lifespan of an espionage agency the more likely it is for that agency to become self-destructive, paraphrasing "the horseshoe effect",
• "mobile touch devices as an expression of feminism", due to the way how you play with the device, touch, pinch, etc…

• necro-feudalism or necro-birthing, a measure taken in the last stages of nietzschean vertical development as a post-oligarchical means to save the planet by desecrating the corpses of the dead in order to steal genetic material for re-diversifying the gene pool; ie "the situation will get so bad you'll scavenge the dead in order to steal babies",
• "ghetto-rich" ("faux-riche?"), as understood contrasted to "rich", or rather someone that got rich by profiting from the gig-economy and exhibits atypical disparities between life priorities atypical to the economical status of a rich person (ie: living in a tiny hut but driving an expensive race car), also used to describe entire areas (ie: a gold palace on top of a broken infrastructure); can also be used to describe half-baked stuff (or "pseudo-posh"), like in Cyberpunk, a fully configurable manicure without the ability of a pedicure,
• "noncesecurity", or in other words, meaningless security, ie: glorified blacklists with pompous names like "Secure Computing Mode", or Cloudflare,
• "guess we all work for the government now, huh?" in paraphrasing George W. Bush on the military,
• "hostage economy", or, in other words, "if you do not let us into Schengen, we will send our police to persecute our homosexuals",
• "virtuous overpricing", the counter-intuitive market behavior where crap products with a dodgy origin are sold at a high-price instead of an intuitively small one; typically this is due to oversupplying the item price with "virtues", or, following the expression "Oga, boga, our product just as good!"
