Install Error on VBCC

The installation of Cubic IDE, in particular when the VBCC compiler hangs can under certain circumstances fail with an Installer script error claiming that the copyfiles command failed to complete. The rough idea here is that the Cubic IDE install script Setup to be found on the CD-ROM is really made for the standard Commodore Installer on the Amiga, such that installing Cubic IDE with something like InstallerNG will fail pretty badly. In other words, the solution is to use the original Commodore Amiga Installer at version 43.3
