Losing Weight

Perhaps the easiest way to lose weight is to not eat at all whilst compensating the hunger with vitamin and mineral supplements. In case the body asks for food, either vitamin and mineral pills could be used along with lots of water. It might help to spend lots of time in the sun or warm areas especially for people that sweat a lot (saunas could also work).
