Inertia is a small program that enables inertia scrolling for mice that do not have that special function. It works similarly to a mouse scroll accelerator where scrolling up or down in either direction seems somewhat faster and smoother due to a scroll-inertia preserving movement.

Simply start the program and decide whether the application should run on boot. Everything else is done automatically. After starting the application, you can try scrolling within a window to see the difference.
Inertia was released on the 13th of July 2021 and is licensed under the MIT license.
