This item is a butt-plug made out of rugged steel, with a bottom crystal with changeable colors and a finely designed bulb that uses RLV to hide itself from view as well as benefiting from a dialog menu with numerous options that allow for customizations.
The butt-plug engine is derived from the glasses engine, with a few modifications to eliminate some features that are not relevant but by adding a RLV clothes scanner that detects the underpants layer such that the plug can hide.
Find the item in your inventory and right-click and wear "[WaS-K] The Bummer" which will, by default attach to stomach. Touch the butt plug in order to configure its settings.
By default the butt plug does not hide and, provided you are using RLV, that option can be toggled from the dialog menu: Options → Auto Hide. Once the auto-hide option is toggled, the buttplug scans your avatar and only hides if you are wearing underpants - only wearable clothing is detected.
