Since SCSI racks are for sale for thousands of USD, we present Contraption2000™, which is a SCSI rack built out of an old computer case and a cheap power-source.
The most difficult task is to detach the 5.12" cage from the case. Most case producers use metal pins that are forced into place and are unlike screws that would allow an easy unfastening of the cage. One solution is to use an electric hand-held drill and to pierce the aluminium and if you do not have a hand-held drill, then you can try forcibly screwing-in the apertures with a screwdriver.

The easiest part is attaching the cage to the 5.12" cage to the power-source. Of course, again, the best way is to drill some holes in the power-source (open it first, and lay it on a wooden block) and then use some computer screws to fasten the cage to the power-source. If you are out of tools, then you can super-glue the hands to the power-source (an ugly solution).
