Meatoberfest is an activity taking place in Village of Butcher's Block on the Diessa Plateau as a reference to the German Oktoberfest where, commonly, beer is served.

To complete this activity, the player has to run back-and forth and to deliver meat or beer to the Charr. There is an easy way to accomplish this quest without wandering around too much. Within the settlement, there is an NPC called Unquenchable Thirst Solider that will drink as much beer as you can serve.

The beer wagon is close by, right behind him, such that ferrying the beer between the wagon and the NPC requires minimal effort. The activity can be completed without even bothering with the meat racks.
