PocketRSS is a newsfeed grabber, similar to pRSSreader or Egress, but with a very nice today plugin that not only cycles the headlines but also displays a snippet of text from the news item. In that sense, it is unique and, unfortunately, the software has reached its end-of-life and you cannot pay for the application even if you want to. Furthermore, at some point, registering PocketRSS became freeware but still required an online registration which, since the website has now changed, is not available anymore.
