- Peach Brandy -
1 Oz. - Orange Juice -
2 Oz. - Chilled Champagne -
4 Oz. - Peach -
1 Slice
"Shake brandy and orange juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over several ice cubes. Top with chilled champagne, add the peach slice, and serve."
