Scooters with Two Charge Ports

Some scooters contain a "dual battery", typical of scooters with dual controllers and two separate motors, that has two leads to charge the battery with two different charger. Unfortunately, such scooters are often advertised as having the ability to charge quickly due to having two chargers connected, yet that is not the truth for most "dual batteries". In cases where the scooter has a "dual battery", each connector meant to charge the battery is meant for a different battery compartment such that charging the battery via one single port will not work, or will work incidentally. The connectors leading to the battery and to the controller correspond to the controller for the forward and the back motor such that charging just one single battery compartment might end up charging the part of the battery meant for the forward or back motor.

Most of this is trivial observation, for instance, running the scooter in "normal mode" with just one wheel drive and then charging the battery, one would notice that just one of the chargers is charging the battery whilst the other charger reports that the battery is full. Then, running the scooter in "dual motor" mode and then charging the battery, will lead to both chargers indicating that they are charging the battery.

In effect, for powerful scooters, the "dual battery" or battery with two charge ports, is really just two distinct batteries that are wrapped up together in plastic and not one single battery with "two charge ports", the latter not really making much sense electrically speaking anyway.
