Coconut Toastie

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum - 1 Oz.
  • Vanilla Ice Cream - 5 Tbsp.
  • Whipped Cream - 1/4 Oz.
  • Shredded Coconut

"Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve."
