These incidents were observed after the ousting of the kidibot website, a website highly-suspicious of child trafficking, along with false statements of cooperation, to the press so admittedly the increased police presence as well as the other measures are more than likely an attempt by Icelanders to take a last jab at the witness and whistleblower before they left the country.
