Data	Description
`type`	The type of the notification.
`region`	The region from which the colliders have been collected.
`colliders`	A CSV list of estate tasks.

Notes

This notification is delivered and the data is sampled at a rate of 1 per second.
In order for the data to be delivered, Corrade has to be an estate manager on the region currently being sampled otherwise, no data will be sent.
