While trying to find a suitable way to run the grids for VIBE, we have chosen to use VirtualBox and virtualize several grids for our users. The advantage is that the grids sort of become plug and pray, allowing us to move them easily, make backups seamlessly and to generally keep a close eye on the resources used.

The tools below are snippets and mementos on how we set-up the grid and how we are managing them.
