Presentation

Antibiotics help the body fight infections and they are effective across the board for all ailments, ranging from the typical "feverish" conditions and up to "insect bites" where the body might need the extra help (training) to fight the infection.

Unfortunately, even though antibiotics have proven to be a silver bullet, the human body also tends to build an immunity to the antibiotic agent, which prevents antibiotics from being available over-the-counter in many jurisdictions. In other words, antibiotics are safe and not damaging in any way up to overdosing, it's just that frequent or too-frequent usage of them would make them useless in an event when they would be direly needed (such as an accent) and due to being trained, the body might end up rejecting them when they are most needed. This is why doctors generally recommend attempting to "roughen it out" for a few days, like during a cold, using just fever control, with the hopes that the body solves the issue on its own without having to resort to antibiotics. Due to communities built within populations across the years, antibiotics producers are seeking to change the formula sufficiently to be able to take the body by surprise and make the body accept the antibiotic.

Medicine

With that said, there are various "base types" for antibiotics depending on the individual as well as the usage pattern, even if they really all do the same thing.

Amoxicillin is a wide-spectrum antibiotic, with wide-spectrum meaning that the active agent is geared towards a wide-range of microbes. In other words, amoxicillin right now is the jack of all trades of antibiotics that will cover a very large range of conditions without any need for specialization in terms of the microbe biome that one might be infected with. The image shows an "Amoxiclav" (well-known brand) box that is rated at $1000mg$ per dose which would imply roughtly two such tablets per day (day and night cycle). Amoxiclav is also available in $500mg$ doses and then can be taken three times per day.

Cephalexin is a cyclo-sporine antibiotic and works in situations where some immunity is built up to wide-spectrum antibiotics like Amoxicillin. These should achieve the same effect and are recommended in case Amoxicillin tablets do not have that much of an effect anymore.

The last one worth mentioning is Zinnat, that has a little wider range than cephlexin but is also so powerful that it can damage the body after prolonged usage. Zinnat is the type of antibiotics that are recommended after surgery and being discharged from hospitals in order to kill the most antibiotic-eluding bugs. Do not self-medicate with these or they will burn you!

Usage

Antibiotics do not need to be combined with paracetamol or anything else - however they are frequently paired together with paracetamol or the other cold buddies because the antibiotic itself does not lower the fever or combat any symptoms at all and are rather "the cure" itself. Similarly, it is important to use some emulsifier, either by eating or taking something that coats the stomach because they can produce gastric reactions and hence burn.

The infection cycle and treatment with antibiotics ranges between 3 to 5 days with visible remission to be observed after 3 days and complete healing after 5 days. Iff. the symptoms persist after 5 days, it is time to see a doctor, especially with hard-drugs like antibiotics. In principle, without doctor consultation, one should not change the antibiotic type (ie: from Amoxicillin to Cephalexin) and ideally one would pick Amoxicillin as a wide-spectrum, then combine with the cold buddies and carry out a treatment of up to 5 days. If it's still bad after 5 days, then the treatment should be stopped and a doctor consulted immediately.

It is not recommended to use antibiotics for the shock doctrine mostly because antibiotics will eventually solve any and all issues such that they should be kept as a last resort, as well as at the same time considering the fact that immunities can be easily built up to the different antibiotic agents. However, it should be mentioned that a doctor that would be able to pin-point the condition exactly might suggest their own "shock doctrine" by suggesting that the individual takes multiple drugs at the same time even early on in the illness cycle - but this is only possible after analysis and making sure that the cold buddies stand no chance of working.
