Moorwatch Tower

To access the vista on top of the Moorwatch Tower, you will have to use the cannon (cowtapult) by escorting cows from Rancher's Watch to Mad Mardine's experiment. When all the tests are completed, you will be able to enter the cannon yourself by interacting with it. The cannon will propel you on top of Moorwatch Tower.
