Speedva was never meant to exist: the build resulted from Digital Extrmemes creating a warframe (Nova) that would, in fact, slow down mobs scaling with Strength. It was so discovered that having "negative strength" (the Strength ability being underneath the baseline value of 100%), has the opposite effect of speeding up mobs instead of slowing them down.

Speedva is used mainly for farming or grinding where attracting large amounts of mobs is necessary. The main game loop with speedva is to cast and maintain Molecular Prime in order to speed up mobs and let the party do the rest.

As long as Molecular Prime is maintained, all other abilities are optional. Having a sufficiently large efficiency just helps decrease the dependency on orb and other energy drops.
