Cargo Security Interrupting Important Transactions

One of the frequent occurrences with Revolut is that it sometimes prompts for identity re-verification right in the middle of a transaction which, depending on how important the transaction is, can interrupt the transaction altogether while the user pulls faces at the camera in order to identify themselves. Sometimes, a transaction has to be confirmed and the transaction waits on a timer for the user to do so such that wasting time with identity verification in the middle of it is grossly inconvenient.

Fortunately, there is a temporary way around the issue, namely the Revolut application can just be closed and then restarted. Most of the time after restarting the application, the identity verification requirement is gone. It seems that these verifications are performed ad-hoc, from time to time, similar to rolling the dice whenever the application starts especially since the requirement is just gone if the application is restarted.
