Alfred is an OSX software in the same category as QuickSilver that allows extensions to be written. The following extension provides a way to change the facebook status using just a key combination.

Requirements
The extensions requires:
- Alfred
- Growl
- fbcmd (can be installed using either MacPorts or Homebrew)
The fbcmd command line utility requires to be configured before use. It is best to launch Terminal and run fbcmd and run through the set-up instructions.
