As the name sounds, an "educational release". Kinky since it's written in .NET and has a minor copy protection. Ciurcumvented .exe file by eliminating copy protection resource:
009ACC5 Offset on String "Activ" -> resource.MateCD.Activare set to NULL
Result: non existent data file/resource (?) no serial needed.
