This is a very simple color theme with black as the background and red highlights. The red highlights can be changed. Originally, the idea was to use yellow for the highlights but it seems that items in an explorer folder are easier to distinguish when they're highlighted with red.

The theme is designed to relieve GPU pressure for Windows 7 and is best used alongside turning Windows Aero off.
